“Just Put It Down”
The first two weeks include study meetings (chosan). The practice theme, “Just Put It Down,” is taken from Glen Wallis’s commentary on the Bhāra Sutta. See chapter 8 of his book Basic Teachings of the Buddha.
The third week is a sesshin.
