Activating our inherent capacity for peace, playfulness and relationality.
Naturally Awake retreats are both sanctuary and celebration. Together we move through silence and conviviality, deep introspection and playful expression, cooperative activity and the non-dual practice of oneness. Exploring the expansiveness of consciousness, while cultivating the practicality of responsive personhood, we engage in silent and guided meditation, movement, sound healing, inquiry, conversation, cooperative work and creativity.
Cooperation is the activity of the true hearted, making the world even more perfect for the beautiful ones yet to come. Naturally Awake retreats are welcoming for those relatively new to contemplative practice and deepening for seasoned practitioners.
